1. Services Provided

Nova Credit Booster provides credit repair services, including:

• Credit report analysis from all three major credit bureaus
• Identification of inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information
• Filing disputes with credit bureaus and creditors
• Negotiation with creditors and collection agencies
• Credit education and consultation services
• Monthly progress reports and ongoing monitoring

2. CROA Compliance & Consumer Rights

In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the following rights:

• Right to Cancel: You may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing.
• Payment Terms: We cannot charge or collect any fees until all services have been fully performed.
• No False Claims: We do not guarantee specific credit score increases or the removal of accurate negative information.
• Written Contract: You are entitled to a written contract detailing all services and fees before any work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation
• Notify us of any changes to your contact information
• Refrain from initiating your own disputes while we are working on your case
• Pay all fees in accordance with your selected service plan
• Review and respond to communications from credit bureaus and creditors

4. Fees and Payment

Pricing Structure

Our services are billed monthly based on your selected plan:

• Basic Plan: $79/month
• Standard Plan: $119/month
• Premium Plan: $159/month

Payment Terms

• Payments are charged monthly after services are performed
• There are no setup fees or activation charges
• All fees must be paid in full to continue receiving services
• We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfers
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

5. Service Term and Cancellation

Service Term

Services continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel or your credit repair goals are achieved.

Cancellation by Client

You may cancel your services at any time by:

• Calling us at 860-245-9136
• Emailing info@novacreditbooster.com
• Submitting a cancellation request through your client portal

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

Cancellation by Nova Credit Booster

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You fail to pay fees when due
• You provide false or misleading information
• You violate these Terms
• We determine we cannot reasonably help your situation

6. Results and Disclaimers

Credit bureaus have 30-45 days to investigate disputes. We cannot control or predict their responses. Some negative items may be verified as accurate and remain on your credit report.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nova Credit Booster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding three months.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. We will never share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nova Credit Booster and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

• Negotiation: We encourage direct communication to resolve issues
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, we agree to pursue mediation
• Arbitration: Any remaining disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York State

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal laws, including CROA and FCRA.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
