1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Nova Credit Booster agrees to provide the following services:

  • Obtain and analyze credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion
  • Identify inaccurate, unverifiable, misleading, or outdated information
  • Prepare and file disputes with credit bureaus and creditors
  • Monitor dispute responses and follow up as necessary
  • Provide monthly progress reports and credit education
  • Offer ongoing consultation and support throughout the process

2. CROA CONSUMER RIGHTS NOTICE

Under federal law, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Cancel: You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing
  • Payment Protection: We cannot charge or collect any fees until all services promised have been fully performed
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific credit score increases or the removal of accurate negative information
  • Written Contract: You must receive a written copy of this contract before any work begins

3. FEES AND PAYMENT

Service fees are based on your selected plan:

  • Basic Plan: $79 per month
  • Standard Plan: $119 per month
  • Premium Plan: $159 per month

Payment Terms:

  • Payments are charged monthly after services are performed
  • No setup fees, activation fees, or hidden charges
  • First payment is due after initial consultation and credit analysis
  • Payments will continue monthly until you cancel or services are completed

4. TERM AND CANCELLATION

Service Term: This agreement continues on a month-to-month basis.

Client Cancellation:

  • You may cancel at any time by phone, email, or written notice
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial months of service

Company Cancellation:

We may terminate services for non-payment, providing false information, or violation of this agreement.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond promptly to requests for documentation
  • Notify us of address or contact information changes
  • Not initiate your own disputes while we're working on your case
  • Pay fees in full and on time
  • Review and respond to bureau and creditor communications

6. DISCLAIMERS

NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

We do not and cannot guarantee specific credit score increases, removal of any particular items, loan approvals, or any specific timeline for results. Results vary based on individual circumstances.

Accurate Information:

We can only challenge inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information. Accurate negative information cannot be removed.

Third-Party Actions:

We have no control over credit bureau or creditor responses and cannot guarantee their actions or timeframes.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

All personal information will be kept strictly confidential and used only for providing credit repair services. We will not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide services (e.g., communicating with credit bureaus).

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in New York State under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

THREE-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing.
